Either a casual afternoon in the flowers or a workshop-style gathering, we’re opening our fields on a few select days this season for private groups to enjoy our blooms before the crowds.
Learn about our farming operation, snip stems straight from our fields, try your hand at floral design and become inspired to grow your own patch of blooms.These private gatherings are intended for all ages and skill levels. We want to foster a fun and encouraging atmosphere because, remember, we’re new at this too!
This opportunity is intended for small groups (bridal and baby showers, birthdays, bachelorettes, Mommy and Me days, Girls Day Out, etc.) to have the opportunity to get behind the scenes and experience our little farm in a private, relaxed setting. Guests are welcome to bring their own refreshments and decorations. You will be responsible for all necessary serving supplies, cups, utensils, cooler, ice, set up, clean up, etc. The barn will be open and available for your use featuring our signature farmhouse tables and market lights. We also have portable restrooms available on-site. All events require a minimum of five (5) guests and are limited to groups of 30 to keep the experience intimate and personal.
Pick Your Own Party
$35 per person Two hours Guests will be provided bags that fit approximately one bouquets-worth of stems to gather flowers from our cutting gardens. Specialty flowers (dahlia, sunflowers, greenhouse blooms, based on availability) may be included at an additional cost of $5 per person. After gathering, your group is welcome to gather outside or in the barn to arrange your blooms or enjoy your refreshments. We will provide tools and basic wrapping supplies. No alcohol is permitted.
$55 per person Three hours Before your arrival, we will set up your “Floral Studio” in the location of your choosing (barn, fields or greenhouse, depending on weather and space availability) with our signature farmhouse tables and stations for each guest including coordinating aprons, garden snips and keepsake mason jars. Guests will enjoy a brief guided tour of the garden to gather their flowers, including our specialty blooms, with helpful tips from the grower on what we grow, how we grow, and best practices for selecting, cutting and caring for your blooms. Once materials are gathered, your party will head to the studio to learn some basic design principles and create lovely arrangement to take home. The rest of the time is yours! Floral Studio Packages only: Guests are permitted to bring their own alcoholic beverages to enjoy responsibly.
Junior Floral Studio
$40 per child, $15 per adult Two hours Ages 4-12 Start ‘em young! There’s literally nothing sweeter than watching kiddos experience the farm. We will pre-cut most of the flowers prior to your party’s arrival (or all, depending on age group). We will give a brief tour of the cutting gardens and basic arranging tips and tricks before children (and adults, if you wish!) create their own bright, cheerful arrangement in a keepsake mason jar. Maximum 15 total children Minimum 1 adult per 3 children Children under 4 years of age who are tagging along but not creating an arrangement (siblings, etc.) are welcome to join and no fee will apply. They WILL be counted in the child-to-adult adult ratio. If an adult is not creating an arrangement, there is no fee for that adult. No alcohol is permitted. Note: We want children to experience the farm to its fullest, but as with any active farm, there is much to stay mindful of, including but not limited to, uneven walking surfaces, bugs, animals, equipment, tools, sticks, dirt, chicken poo, you name it! Children must be supervised at all times by an adult. We do not provide, and are not responsible for, supervision (i.e. this is not a “drop and go” party space… we provide the flowers and basic instruction, you are responsible for everything else).
How to Book
Contact us to confirm your desired date is available. All Private Events require a $100 security deposit and signed agreement to be considered reserved. Parties must be booked thirty (30) days in advance and Final Rental Fee with final headcount is due one (1) week prior to the event. Per-person fee applies to all guests who will be participating ages 4+. All parties are held Rain or Shine so please plan accordingly.
