We offer fresh produce, cut flowers and hops from the heart of Nittany Valley. Now in our fifth growing season and with the addition of our 30'x60' high tunnel and two open-air cutting gardens, we are excited to extend our growing season and expand our offerings to the community.
We love teaming with local chefs, caterers, brewers and florists who support local agriculture. If you are interested in our products and would like to partner for our upcoming growing season, please contact us at email@example.com
Fresh cut flowers were added to the portfolio in 2019 for the sole purpose of providing fresh blooms for Mark’s sister’s upcoming nuptials. As with most ideas here on the farm, the project took on a life of its own and we haven’t looked back.
In addition to partnering with local floral designers and event professionals, we host pick-your-own events for the public, private garden parties and arrange market-style bouquets for local retail locations. Check our Social Media accounts for the most up-to-date information on where to find our blooms.
Through our invite-only Floral Partner Program, local floral designers and event professionals that we love have unique access to our farm-fresh flowers. If you're looking for professionally designed, locally and sustainably grown blooms for your event, reach out to these amazing vendors and request Rooted Farmstead blooms:
If you are a local floral designer or event professional and would like to request participation in our 2020 Floral Partner Program, please contact us.
Small Batch Produce and Herbs
We focus on providing unique, colorful and heirloom varieties of peppers, tomatoes and herbs to local restaurants and caterers, and the occasional pick-your-own event.
Our small hop yard of sustainably-grown Centennials is approaching its third year of production, with the ability and intention to expand as demand increases. Stay tuned for collaborations with local brewers in 2020!
